Do you need some visual aids to help your students understand fractions of time?
These posters provide a clear analog clock face with each fraction of time shown with yellow highlight and dotted lines. Each poster also contains an explanation of where the minute hand is pointing and information about this time.
There are two sets of posters.
The first set contains a gray hour hand and explanations related to the hour.
The second set only shows the minute hand for each fractional time.
I use these with both 2nd and 3rd graders. I print them on 11x17 and hang them on the whiteboard. I also print them 4 to a page and have the students use a colored pencil to shade in each quarter.
