Look no further! I have designed a way to engage students and motivate them to demonstrate positive behaviors and actions.
Teachers choose the timeline - day, week, month
Teachers choose the mystery reveal page, sticky note skills/messages
The class decides what they want to earn.
As the timeline progresses and those skills are taught, the teacher rewards the student's efforts by removing a stick note, thus revealing a portion of the mystery picture.
Once all the skills have been demonstrated, students can see the full mystery picture and are rewarded with their earned activity!

The sticky notes are editable! You can change the wording, leave them blank, and add your ideas!

The fun nature of this program helps teach expectations and positive behaviors in a fun and engaging way. For each successful demonstration of ability, a sticky note is removed allowing students to see one part of a hidden image or message. This helps students see progress in their learning and adds gamification to learning positive behaviors.
This earning system is used to hone skills while earning tangible and meaningful rewards rather than trinkets. It also aligns with positive behavioral supports because it rewards the positive rather than the punitive.
It is a fast and easy way to build a safe, caring environment where students can demonstrate positive behaviors.
This product can be projected easily with very little to no prep.
This product can be printed and displayed with a few steps.
