Then look no further! This digital gradebook allows you to enter information that will remain unchanged, such as student names, class, date, and teacher name. Then, print and assemble. Once you have all your information typed in, print more pages when you need them. Have a new student? Add them in at the end and print more pages.
Have a large number of students and don't want to write and rewrite the same lesson name 5 times?
Then look here! Each page of student names and grade entry boxes will not cover the lesson names for that week. When you want a new sheet for lesson names, print the same pages again (with all the typed-in student names and information), and put them in your gradebook binder. Write in the new lesson names and BOOM! You are on your way to adding grades in the grid.
Everything is editable in this file. However, I do not suggest editing the size or placement of textboxes!
You can edit the numbers assigned to each row, the text in the boxes, font, font color, font size, color of box, highlighted text, which boxes/rows/columns are shaded, and in what color!
This is perfect for teachers of any age group, from elementary to high school. Teachers can color-code pages to match classes, groups of students, or subjects! Mix and match the color pages or keep them all the same design. The 16-student page can be used with a 23-student page! The lesson columns do line up! It is up to you!
