Sub-plans--We all need them, and having a compact, quick, and easy sub-plan template makes the arduous task of writing sub-plans so much easier.
In the nine pages (offered in both B&W and in a yellow leaf background), I give you what a sub needs to get through the day. Substitutes do not have time to read a novel when it comes to subbing; they need quick, easily accessible information at their fingertips.
GUESS WHAT? This template does just that! The first page is all about pertinent information. The next few are for schedules--a quick-look schedule and a detailed schedule. Student lists, a seating chart, and attendance forms follow those to give a sub what they need and no fluff.
Once you get the student list and seating chart complete, you'll only have to update those when changes to your roster or seating occur. The first page will also not change that much other than a few descriptions...at least hopefully! The main pages that need to be changed each time are the schedule pages; where the day's schedule and each hour's activities will change.

How to Use
Click the LINK, make a copy, and save it to your Google Drive. Open that file and you will be able to edit the pages.
This sub-plan template is fully editable in Google Slides in every way. You may print and use what you’d like and leave the rest.
Add information in the gray boxes.
Make sure the information you add tells the sub where things are, about the activity, and what materials might be needed.
Feel free to delete, enlarge, or decrease the boxes, headings, and sections.
Place them in a binder or folder of your choice for a great presentation.
Type or handwrite in the information.
